A Noble Woman

I pondered Who or What is a Noble Woman? A few years ago if you would have asked me this question I would direct my answer to so many others who I feel are more deserving. But through my journey of growth and transformation I understand who a Noble Woman is and I have embraced that I am her and she is me.

A Noble Woman is described as a woman who has fine personal qualities or high moral principles. It is really about how you see yourself and I see myself exemplifying so much of these qualities. It goes on to say she’s virtuous, decent, worthy, upstanding, ethical, selfless, upright, just to name a few. You have to be “intentional” about building character and integrity and it is not built overnight in fact you will make many mistakes on your journey of discovery. My life’s circumstances, pains, struggles, trials , tests and triumphs pulled out of me what I didn’t knew existed. The best thing I ever did was saw myself the way God saw me and not mans opinion of who they thought I was or could be. I became to myself what I wanted to be for everyone else. How liberating! I became confident. I became fearless. My past , my mistakes they couldn’t define me because everyday I got up I sought to be a better version of myself. I fell in love with me and then I began to understand my worth , my value and that God had invested so much in me .

I live my life being to others what I want or wished others can be for me. I give of my time , my energy , my resources seeking nothing in return that makes me unselfish, that makes me Noble. I came from a background of moral principles and as I grew and mature in the things of God they grew on me to. Have I made mistakes along the way? Many . Do I still make mistakes? Of course. But I don’t stay there I simply learn the lessons pick myself up and continue moving forward! My devotion , service and walk with God and His people makes me a Noble Woman, an upright woman It’s not about where you have been, what you have done but about how willing you are to make those experiences “Count”. Don’t let them discourage you, Defy you but let them be apart of your story ! God’s story! Let it be apart of the reason you refuse to Quit! I am who God says I am and nothing or No one can change that. Everyday you have an opportunity to be better, do better, despite of your insecurities, mistakes, color of your skin, social , cultural or educational background God considers you worthy. A Noble Woman is the very essence of the word her worth is far above rubies! You can be one to!!!!
